i have a 65 skylark with 4 wheel power disc brakes, wilwood on the rear, stock gm up front for now. i have an 8" dual diaphram booster and had a 1" bore master. well the garbage chineese made masters kept leaking out of the back and i just put my older 1 1/8" us made one back on. i had a great pedal and it stopped on a dime with the 1" bore m.c. now i'm just looking to get one that is us made. local parts stores can't say where the wagner and bendix corvette replacements come from other than "probably china". any good suggestions as what can be used with a booster? i have a mid seventies corvette style on it now. the strange/mopar and wilwood ones seem to be for manual brakes only? thanks in advance, paul c.

How about you broaden your scope to include North America? A lot of the ACDelco aluminum units come out of Mexico.
A "manual" master cylinder is functionally the same as a "power" master cylinder, so there really isn't any issue with you using a manual unit in a power application so long as the pushrod hole/dimple coincides with the booster output rod length. You said that you were using the 1" manual C3 Corvette unit before with your dual-8" diaphragm booster, so it's really the same difference. The Mopar have their own pushrod hole depth and will require you to slot the mounting holes slightly to fit the 3.40" GM stud spacing.
