Does Anybody Know If Anybody Makes A Steel 4" Cowl Hood FOR A 1970 CAMARO?

no but a 4" cowl is huge, my friend has one on his 70 and he wishes it was smaller, you can barely even see over to the other side of the hood.

I dont believe they do...and I agree with Yody a 4" cowl looks too big and out of place as well....as it does on any car in my opinion...and we all know what that is worth :rolleyes5

Nothing wrong with a 4" cowl. I bought mine off of Tom Izzo's 69 camaro over 2 years ago and I dont have any problems with it. I have posted videos inside and out of the 4" hood. If you want 4" go with 4" at least to set you apart from the rest of the croud.
Besides, when your car sits low enough it wont matter how tall your hood is. :)

Sorry man, I don't know anybody that makes a 4" steel cowl hood. I looked every place that I could think of, and some that I didn't know about, but all the 4"ers that I found are fiberglass. You might check with Goodmark, since they are the ones making the 2 1/2 steel cowl hoods, and see if they have plans to make a 4" one for the 2nd gens. They make a 4" steel one for the first gens.
