Finally got my bargain find 12 bolt finished up and ready to install in my Elco. I paid $300 for a complete 12 bolt open with 2.73 gears and a new Eaton posi unit. Bought a rebuild kit, nex axles and 3.73's, got about $800 total into it. Just waiting for some new Roto-Joints that I am getting for the upper housing mounts from UMI.

Now take it apart and weld the axle tubes to the housing. You will be set!
