is there a way to have a lisk of your favorite threads. For example if you know you are going to add something to your car in 4 months then you can click to add the thread to your favorites, so then you have it for quick easy viewing later.

You could always "Subscribe to this thread" (click "Thread Tools", then the "Subscribe to this thread" option. Then the thread would be in your Subscribed Threads section of your User CP.
