1969 camaro body mounts?

Just a quick question on body mounts, How many guys are running half height mounts vs stock height. I have half and I am thinking going back to stock witch I believe would be 2" or are they 1 1/2? I am having clearance issues. What are the pros and cons of each?

supercharger, I realize I will have to modify the hood, It has a ford style throttle body, (that's probably the problem,, the ford part) It sits off to the side. Just like the gt500 mustang.
