Help With Headers 69 Camaro

I have an Ls1 in a 69 camaro that's ready for headers.I don't have much exp with this so please bear with me.The car has a heidts subframe.Im looking for headers but don't know if it should be mid length or long tube coated or not and how much to spend.I see some that are super $$$
and wonder if its ness to spend that kind of money.I know there is a lot of experience here.

For what a good set of headers cost. It's worth it to find someone in your area that builds headers imo. Then there is zero chance of hitting, rubbing. It might cost a few bucks more. But well worth it.
