I think I answered your question in another tread. As Hessdawg said Mass Flo has a kit, but its very expensive 5k! I looked around high and low when I had my 455, but there are none. The price of the massflow kit is so high because there is a small niche market for those doing multiport on Olds motors. I was going to do FAST TBI efi on my 455, but when it was stolen from storage LS was the best option. The other kits (SBC, BBC) are cheaper due to the demand for the product.
Hessdwag built an awesome setup, but I'm gathereing you want something more plug and play? I'm not telling you to go LS, what I will say is the intake manifold is going to be your bottleneck. If you have someone near you that fabricate, buy the Holley HP. You will still need to buy injectors, but they are all over ebay.

You can also lookup the user "cutlassefi" on the classic oldsmobile forum. He is an Accel DFI dealer and might be able to at least help you out on the intake manifold.

Hope this helps
