Question (?) - Choosing the correct coil packs

I'm building an LS1 from a 2001 Camaro to 525 - 550 hp. Would it be best to replace the coil packs for a better spark......and what coils would you recommend? I know I can go buy MSD for $700 a set, but is there a better value out there and still provide what I need.
I appreciate anyone's feedback on this.

A lot of guys run stock coils, or truck coils. With your hp level it's not a necessary upgrade to MSD coils.

Thanks Dale....I appreciate that. I see that Summit is now carrying coil packs from DUI called their SOS coils. The same 40K volts as MSD but at a lower price of $500. Have you heard anything about these....good or bad? If stock works though...that's great. Thanks again for your feedback.

run stock coils...

I have stock truck coils on my 770whp chevelle, lots of others run stock coils without issues under high boost turbo motors. Spend your $$ elsewhere. JMO
