value of LS6 intake

I have the chance to purchase a LS6 intake with stock rails, LS1 #26lb injectors and MAF. It is in perfect working order. I have seen it first hand. The guy is considering bumping up to a FAST unit. He told me to make an offer. Basically we unbolt it from his and bolt it to mine. I need to get an idea of what to offer him. He is a friend so I don't want to low ball him but don't want to over pay either.

If he knows anything about LS6 intakes..complete....he'll say no. $250 is a smoking deal! Just be prepared to up your offer...good luck!
