I purchased a 67 firebird that had a 400 engine and trans in it that I am selling. I had another engine already that I am using. I was told the motor was recently rebuilt before sitting for a few years. Engine turned right over with no prob before taking out. Engine was taken out of car 3 weeks ago and is sitting on engine stand. If interested let me know thanks

Sorry I'm new to this, I'll get pics posted on Monday. I really do not know what 400 rebuilt motors are going for with 400 transmission. The engine come with chrome edelbrock intake and carb as well as all accessories, stainless steel long tube header chrome valve covers chrome oil pan and chrome fuel pump.

No the reasoning for listing this is to find out what they are going for so that I'm not over pricing and I'm not under cutting myself. I am open to offers u can pm me. Thanks

You are going to have to get very specific with block codes/head codes. For the pontiacs it is all about the block and especially the head castings/year

It is a 1971 pontiac 400 4bbl 300hp valves 2.11/1.77. Date on engine is June 17th 1971. 96 heads was told they were ported. I will have shop measure to make sure and it has a edelbrock intake and carb. Will list more info this week regarding the ported heads along with detailed pics
