LS6 Motor w/460L Auto trans Help!!!!

Hi Guys!
Happy Holidays! Need help for a friend of mine here in Tampa he has done a LSX Conversion in his 1952 Chevy 3100 Truck running a LS6 Motor w/ 460L Auto trans the computer is a GM (99-02) with Red and Blue connectors .....Its a Drive by wire and a GM 12 Bolt rear end
Having problems cant get it dialed in the trans speed sensor not communicating with computer running really bad ....any help?:dunno:

You will probably need to get a tuner on it to see whats going on with the communication. Most of the LS6 motors came with 6 speeds. Are you using the correct computer for an auto?

Yes The Computer is GM 99-02 with Red and Blue connectors
