efi hard lines double flair and tube nuts safe?

for routing/pluming efi hard fuel lines is a 45 degree double flair and tube nuts safe, ie like you would do for brake lines?

45 degree double flares have been used forever on autos, both brake and fuel lines.

General rule
45 degree - steel lines
37 degree - stainless lines and AN fittings

I'm not a pro, this is as I understand it.

37 degree AN single flares with a sleeve and nut, or a 45 degree double flare with a nut. Either is fine, but the single flare is much easier to effect.
