2014 is around the corner and my car will probably be updated with new paint and the rims on Jane have out lived there usefulness, I originally bought them from Coys, and then they discontinued the style ( I know there sold by other companies now) but I think I want a more race designed rim I just not sure what, suggestion anyone?

heres Jane now

Just curious, what size and BS? You are running C5 brakes, correct? A bronze/reddish center would look sick!

Rod, are you running the same size wheel/tire/BS on front and rear? If so, how do you like it?

yes I am. I like the square setup, the car is very neutral, no push or understeer, turns in quickly

I think you should trial fit a few wheels and see how much we can squeeze in there without a mini tub.

I'm still a fan of Forgelines, and mesh style. Especially for the 1st gens. I know I don't have either but I came across a deal that I couldn't refuse. But anyway my vote is for a set of WC3's, GA3's or DE3P's (If you decide to go 18"). Being that you have stock width rear end I'd go with flat lip, gives em a deeper dish appearance. Typically I like stepped lip though. I have a stock width rear end on mine for reference.

forgeline ga3. That style wheel is hot now. Lots of variations of that style are surfacing.

how much are you looking to spend?

my budget is determined by the rim, if its a china wheel its under 200 bucks ea, if its a CNC milled spun hooped 3 piecer it will be about 1500 ea, I know that, so the budget is open, quality and looks are what I'm looking for, if its worth it

I think the Rushforth Battery would like good on your car. I have had them in mind for a while now. Trying to acquire some of the other expensive pieces before I jump on those.

I actually like those wheels with the black centers on your car! IMO 18" are the way to go on the 1st gen and I would also put my recommendation in for Forgeline wheels. I like the WC3 but they are becomming pretty common. You might also look at the Weld Wheel RT-S wheels with black spokes.

Yeah, 18's make it right. Its gotta be 3 piece and light weight.

just a little backspace change and 295's will look good on there.

Hey rod, I think I've seen on recent pics that you never changed your wheels. So are you still looking to change wheels? And if you are, I may be interested in your current set. Hey I work for the city as a public servant, so I have a limited budget, so used parts have to be used.
