I am wondering if anybody has done this on leaf springs. Tires are 345-30-19 on 19x12 wheels. The frame rails will come straight back from the front spring mount, they will not curve out. same way with the springs.

So the front of the leaf spring will still be in the stock location. NO.
I have a 72 Nova and I have a Ride Tech 4 link with the lower links pushed in as far to the inside of the car as you can, with DSE wheel tubs cut and widened (I went in 3" and they are only 2.5" out of the box), and I have a 18x12 with a 335/30/18 and Im pushing width to the limit.
Why do you want a 345 with leafs?
If I was you, I would do DSE tubs as they say to do, and run a 18x11 with 315,
