I was playing with photoshop and came across a set of wheels I like. Does anyone know who makes these?

What's the difference between the VR3 and the GA3 lineups? Is it just the visible fasteners or are there other differences as well?

Well in general, the GA3 is a newer design that employs newer technology. It was designed for real track applications and will be stronger, stiffer, and lighter than the VR3P, holding all else constant.

As far as differences that you can actually see:
The GA3 is a split 5 spoke while the VR3P is a split 6 spoke.
The GA3 was originally designed as a stepped lip outer while the VR3P was originally designed as a reverse flat lip outer (though, depending on diameter, these can be flip flopped).
The GA3 utilizes the new I-beamed spoke design while the VR3P does not. (This is part of the reason that the GA3 is stiffer, stronger, and lighter.)
The GA3 spokes have more arc as they extend outward from the center to the rim register. The VR3P is a little flatter.
The GA3 spokes run all the way through the rim register and stop at the "bottom" of the rim register (where it meets the outer rim). The VR3P spokes stop at the "top" of the rim register (where the spokes intersect with the register).

Either wheel can be ordered with your choice of exposed or hidden fasteners (though the GA3 was originally conceived as a hidden fastener design and the VR3P was originally conceived as an exposed fastener design). As long as the rim register is fairly flat, then it can be done either way. A few of our newer designs have a big chamfer along the register, and these are limited only to hidden fasteners, because we wouldn't want to drill all the way through these for an exposed fastener.

Actually, looking at this photo again, it sort of looks like the GA3-6 (6-spoke/6-lug version of the GA3 made for the Dodge Viper) that has been photoshopped with only 5 lug holes.

So if that is the case, then this wheel in the photo does not exist in real life.

The GA3 5-lug is a split 5-spoke wheel.
The GA3-6 Viper 6-lug is a split 6-spoke wheel.
The VR3P 5-lug is a split 6-spoke wheel but doesn't have as much curvature to the spoke profile.

The photoshop might be some combination of all three.
