I need a throttle cable for my 67 5.3 mustang. I am using a 69 mustang throttle pedal, its pretty much like the 6cyl pedal i have in my 69 camaro. fabrication will be needed to mate the cable to the pedal.

aside from that did anyone score a cable from a junk yard that had the correct end for the LS throttle cam? i googled and saw someone said they used a astro van or 2001 mailbu cable because it had the correct cam end on it. I emailed a seller on ebay and the stock 2001 camaro throttle cable is 50'' long. seeing that most peope use the the 36'' lokar i didnt purchace the cable.

im just being cheap! hate spending tons of money on little simple things.

I got a deal on eBay that included a new gm f car throttle cable and the correct bracket for my ls1 intake. The cable is roughly 50" in length. I'll give it a try and post my findings when my project progresses.
