Don't know if anyone needs this but here is the link (normally $15 a quart), it is currently $37.09 for 12 quarts.

I just bought a set of Hooker LS swap headers on there for about $250 cheaper that Summit and Jegs. I called both places to see if they could beat the price and they were shocked.

I find with ebay even the things that I am a distributor for you can't fight with the people that post on there. I sometimes don't get it..
It's like the manufacture is selling direct on some items.

Agreed!!! A lot of companies on there do not care about MAP (minimum advertised price) policies either.

I got a couple cases of the Trans fluid, hope they still will send it!!

Hopefully you guys get it but they don't have to sell it. I came across some dewalt cutoff wheels once. They were $2.79 each but they had them listed as a pack of 25. I ordered one and they sent it. Then I told a bunch of people and we ordered a bunch more. All of a sudden they fixed the price and cancelled our orders. The downside is that it is Friday night and they have already caught the error but who knows, they may honor it. Good luck!

They had Rage Xtreme body filler priced the same as the basic stuff, $20 cheaper than TCP (where it comes from!)

They can't legally cancel your order for listing the wrong price. They MUST give you the product for the price they post UNLESS the advertisement states they're not responsible for pricing/printing errors. United Airlines just had to honor hundreds of mispriced flight tickets, some were even marked as $0. They lost hundreds of thousands of dollars. I bought an amp for my electronic drums that was tagged $300.00 on the shelf. I took it up to the sales clerk & he rang it up & told me it was $899.99. I showed him the price tag & he told me since it was tagged at that price he could only charge me $300. He DID immediately remove the tag from the shelf, though...

There is no law that says a company must honor a pricing error. In fact many states already have case law in which the courts have applied the "reasonable person" rule. In short it states that a reasonable person should know or have known there was an error in price. There is a perfect example of this from Walmart just last week. During a computer glitch, they sold thousands of items like $700.00 computers for $9.00 and treadmills for $8.00. Walmart has already notified the customers that the prices would not be honored and they would be refunded in full. Depending on the amount of the loss many companies will honor on-line pricing errors although they are not required to. Almost all retailers will honor in store pricing errors. Here is a link to the Walmart fiasco.

Yeah but they find ways around it. Summit had Kooks Trailblazer SS headers for like 499 obviously a mistake. They sent me a note saying they were out of stock and would not be filling the order. People who got in on it in the very beginning got there headers but after they realized the mistake they stopped filling orders and just said they were out of stock. They are a Kooks distributor any other time they are out of stock it goes to backorder and they get it for you quickly.

That said I've gotten some crazy deals on Amazon. You just leave it in your cart forever and the prices adjust constantly. For instance my centerforce clutch started at 450 and you could tell they were trying to get rid of them. Lowering the price a few months later it was down to like 153 on prime (free two day shipping) ordered it up then not wanting to take a chance on it going higher.

Did that with my Pioneer Nav and ended up waiting too long and the price went up 40 bucks but still way under normal sale prices. Right now I have like 15 items on my cart watching prices. Fast EFI basic got down to 1300 once I should have bought it but went right back up.

Amazon has EVERYTHING, it's crazy. I have Amazone Prime, like $75 bucks. Free 2 day shipping and, often, $3.99 one-day shipping. Sometimes we can purchase things cheaper and receive them faster than even our main distributors can do!

Don't waste your time on this "deal" fellas. I too placed an order for the 12 and received mine yesterday...they sent one quart, not 12, for the $37 deal price. Sending it back today for a refund. Should of known...too good to be true most always is.

Guess I'll be sending a nasty gram to them. Tell them not to bother if that's the case. Sounds like they owe you an explanation. Now they have added an option to buy just one for $15.32 which was not there before. So if they sent you one for $37 after ordering several days ago its not a mistake and they are purposely misleading people. The price isn't changing on its own.

Email to seller:
I ordered multiple items from you today in which it was advertised that 12
quarts of royal purple Synchromax trans fluid was available for $37.00. Item
states 12 Quarts which is a case. This was brought to my attention by a friend
who ordered from you as well. He told me today that he only received one quart
today and not 12 for $37.00. What kind of stunt are you pulling? Not to mention
the price has changed back and forth from $37 to $122 several times. So what's
the deal?

Same deal with the Maxfilm, is it one or 12?

Response from seller after I contacted them:
Jeremy,
Both of these are bad listings and only contain 1. We have been removed as a
seller from both listings. I went ahead and got a pre-paid shipping label into
processing for you. This label will be sent to your e-mail within two business
days. We ask that you print it out and affix it to your package so you can send
that back to us at no additional cost. Once we receive your item, you will be
refunded in full. Please contact us if you have absolutely any inquiries and
we'll gladly assist you.

Matthew

My return response:
Cancel all my orders if your not going to honor your "Bad Listing". Its not
just me you are going to have a problem with. An entire automotive forum is
going to be pissed off over this. I noticed you didn't have a problem selling
one quart for the ridiculous price of $37.00.

Mistakes happen, its not a big deal. But don't send out one quart for $37 bucks hoping nobody says anything about it. If they are "Bad Listings" as the company claims then they need to notify the buyer before sending anything. Instead they send out a quart bottle and leave it at that. Wonder how many people will let them get away with it. Probably more than you would imagine which is why they are doing this. They still make plenty of money off the ones who wont say anything.

Yes I agree...
A shipping return label?? But what if I want to keep the fluid? Dumb.. They should have just credited us back the difference if not a full refund. Maybe that's amazons policy though.
