SEMA is over and now we are all planning for 2014. SEMA was a great time to see our sponsors and confirm sponsorship commitments for 2014. We are so happy to report that all but one of our 2013 sponsors will be returning for 2014. Even though we lost a long time supporter due to their new plans and series, we have another battery company coming aboard and we look forward to this new relationship. We also are very happy to announce that we picked up two other brand new sponsors that contacted us during SEMA, so we feel we must be doing something right.
Now, on to the most asked questions of the week, when and where.
Our first event, our annual Run to the Coast will have a new venue. We are finally at the point that we pulled the trigger and rented FONTANA!! We are proud to make this announcement and so happy to have the new sponsors coming on board to make this possible.
We also will be back at Autobahn, working with Heidts at their annual event, May 30-June 1. This event was a great success in 2013, and will only be better in 2014. There is a very big announcement about this coming soon, but I will let Wallace and the Heidt's crew spill the beans. I can only say this, if you thought 2013 was fun.....HOLD ON!
We will be with our longest supporting company DSE returning to CMP for the second annual Detroit Speed Southern Slam. Again, for those that attended this year, you know how much fun this event is, both on and OFF the track. Get your campers ready and your game on, it will be a blast as usual.
Run to Music City will happen again and will have a new flavor. We will run under the lights two nights in a row at the famed Nashville Speedway. We had a ball there this year, and it is a no brainer for us to return in 2014.
Another huge announcement we nailed down at SEMA was the addition of the Jet Hot VIR event we will be doing in Sept. Anyone that has ever had the chance to run at VIR knows why this will be a do not miss event. Sadly, this is the same weekend we have traditionally done RTTHs so we are going to have to move RTTHs to a different weekend. 2014 will mark the 10TH RTTHs, so we plan to blow it out in the mountains to celebrate where it all began.
We are working on a possible event at Pikes Peak raceway, just to touch you guys in the middle of the country. More on that as the plans progress.
I can promise you there are other things in the works, including a new alliance that will be a game changer. We are working on an end of the year event of our own, and all I can share right now is it will be something you will not want to miss and certainly be a bucket list item that I have only dreamed of and now it looks like it will become a reality.
We appreciate the support we have received from participants and sponsors over the years and look forward to continuing doing what we do, have fun with friends, and play with our hotrods. Stay tuned, more great news coming and we look forward to seeing you on the road in 2014!!!

Awesome Bill, do you have a date for RTTC Fontana?

Ok. So we have RTTC, Pikes Peak, and then the long trip to LSFest and VIR before stashing the car out east so we can go back and run RTTH before bringing the car home.... it's going to be a very fun and busy year.

Yes, Feb. 14-15.... BE OUR VALENTINE!!!!! lol Project92, RTTHs will be probably earlier in the year this year so maybe you can do a big swing and catch it too at the same time. Don't forget to do Heidt's on the way over....

Don't know about Heidt's Bill. It was a long enough run from AZ to LSFest and RTTH this year but depending on how stable the car is and the actual dates we'll definitely find ourselves out east for at least one event.

Thanks Mary! Last year we had 94 cars running there. This year, with new plan, we plan to have 130 cars! Between cruise, dinner, autocross, speed/stop, track, this is an amazing event. Long drive from Pigeon Forge, but certainly worth every mile. :)

Jeff, just today I got a call from someone "near you" about us helping with their event and us having a new event there next year. You know who it was, so stay tuned, more great news every day.

It was even a longer way from California and had the Camaro been up and running last year, I'd have been there again. While there's a ton of cool things about Cali, Pro-Touring fun (or lack, thereof) isn't one of them compared to what's going on in the Midwest and Eastern states.

I'd move but I think Dave would eventually notice I'm gone.

Mary, the grass always seems greener on the other side. I envy you guys in Cali. because of all the cool stuff that seems to happen/come from there, but for sure, we do have fun on this side too. Autobahn and the Heidts event is certainly more central to everyone than any other event we do currently though. We hope you guys can come, though I am not sure some of the other participants want the competition you bring to the plate...lol

Had my fingers crossed because I have a Braille battery in my car. Can't wait for the southern slam again! Just put the car in the garage last night from tearing up VIR yesterday too! Nice addition! Thanks Jet Hot! Full course? Please tell me yes! Gonna be a fun year next year!

I was hoping Braille too, as they have some cool stuff & more in the pipeline. Their Puck recharger for I-Phone/GoPros, etc is Great. But I asked Gary Savage @ Braille & he said they don't have the Marketing Budget as they pour a lot of $$ into R&D. Plus they are the Official Battery of the Tudor United SportsCar Series.
