I'm out to buy a 1st. gen firebird, but living in Denmark I must look in the US to find one. That's fine exept, that's half way round the world. I found one and asked if anyone lived close by and streetfytr68 said that he did. I ask if he would take a look at it.
Then he contacted the seller and made an appointment, went over there (25 miles) and took a lot of pictures of all the bad stuff. Then he contacted me and made a webpage with all the photos, so that I could se what he had found. He said that if I wanted the car, He could tow it back to his house until I could arrange shipping... And right now I'm negotiating with the seller... In the end I asked streetfytr68 (Steve) how much he wanted for helping me out. I think he had done a nice job and spent a good deal of time (Very often that don't come cheap). Steve said "No charge. Glad I could help". I just wanted you all to know how happy I am for all the "steve-people" out there and if anyone needs anything from our little country. Don't hesitate I will be glad to help !!!!!
