So I never really introduced myself on here. My name is Dann McGuire I drive a 1991 Camaro Z28, I really love the third generation F-bodies and thats why I picked this gen. Its pretty much all factory equiptment right now. I still want to do more research before building. I really wanted to know is, what makes a car a pro tour car? I love the way these cars look and ride so thats why I picked this style. I am always open to suggestions and any help I can get. I'm not much of a competition guy so I'm doing this for the fun and being able to be happy with my machine. Also what makes a car a pro tour car? Is fuel injection a critical part of the pro touring community?

I know these are novice and maybe dumb questions but you have to start somewhere, right?

Thanks for the help guys!

It's mainly about making your car handle the best it can. Injection isn't necessary but it does make it more drivable with less tuning. Injection is alot better since it basically adapts to the conditions of the moment where a carb is pretty much set up for a certain condition. You find a lot of help here so don't be afraid to ask questions there are no dumb questions..........
