Hey so I'm looking to make my car not pro touring but a nice driving handling car I'm going to school right now so money is a factor i would love some input on my plans and see if anyone here would have some advice
Drivetrain 429 hp 350 with about 435 pounds of toque mated with a 350 trans but want to swap the trans out for a standalone 4l80(manual auto basically)I plan to get the trans out of a junkyard car
Suspension I was gonna go with hotchkis suspension was going to buy one thing at a time from the complete car kits and one of their quick ratio power steering boxes and subframe connectors
Brakes will be off of a ls1 f body
Subframe stock it's making a squeaky noise from the left side when you push it down even after I had the front suspension replaced so have to see if the subframe is still good
Rear end 10 bolt 8.5 debating on what gears to use since I'm gonna have an overdrive when I'm on the freeway of like to have a good rpm range so would love input their with a posi unit haven't decided on which one so would love input on which one is the best bang for the buck
Body work Ives done most of it myself it's all straight and primed and now I'm cleaning the bottom of the car want to paint it victory red with flat black rally stripes and black out all the chrome trim rims etc
So how does my budget build sound would love to get some input from more experienced builders

I think new bushings set all around new steering components set of coil overs or regular performance shocks , some thick swaybars back and front and some good looking wheels wil do the trick because all other convertions cost alot jaja
