Hey guys. I'm new to the pro touring thing. Looking to rebuild my former street car turned drag car to pro touring car. Going Ls and 6 speed. Need some ideas on brakes and suspension. Want to go with a Fab 9 rear.
Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks

Hi and welcome... what's your goal, how much do you want to spend? stock subframe? leafs or 4link? wheel size (for brakes)? etc etc.....so many options...

Maybe it's best to look at some 2nd gen build threads here to get ideas.

Well I'm undecided on the stock subframe. I really wanted to rack and pinion but then I was reading about the aluminum quick ratio boxes.
I was thinking adjustable coil overs in front and back with a 3 link setup. As far as brakes I think I want to go with 14 inch rotors and then 18 wheels. I have already replaced the rear frame rails with comp engineering rails and moved leafs in board. I can get a 12 inch wide tire now but still want to mini tub to go wider and get car lower. I'm looking to start off around 400hp then go with a supercharger after getting car to work as I want. As far as budget well probably around 25k.
