Are there any hints to this. My car has a cut cable and had no emergency brake. i've rectified the rear brake situation, but now I need to run new cables.

Unfortunately my inner fender liner does not want to come out (bolts just spin), so I'm trying from inside the car, see if there is a way I can pull the cable and have it pull the new one with it, down to the frame (or does it need to come back up through the car?).

Wondering if this should come up, and if so do I just pull, or does this get pushed up from under neath and thus I need to squeeze and push down?

Any and all hints appreciated,
Thanks

Well as with everything. I need new tools, guess I need a smaller cut off wheel, since it was a real pita to cut the heads off the fender liner bolts that were flush with my big wheel. But it's done, and I can see the brake pedal line now.

And success.. Old one out, but it's family time, soo good weekend with the Chevelle, lots of stuff done and lots of things still to be done. The proof will be if anything works :). I'm sure much of this would be easier with 4 hands, but it's nice alone time.
