So I was thinking of running a manual brake system on my firebird. Its a 1967 all stock at the moment, But I have a Wilwood p/n 140-9803 It uses a 6-piston caliper and 12.88" rotors. I have not picked out rear brakes for it yet, but it will either be some sort of a disc brake set-up. Im just not sure what sized MC I should get I was thinking somewhere from 7/8"-1"
any help would be appreciated. I intend on running the Tilton 3 pedal set-up on my car with dual MC's at some point so If I could get some info on that or the Wilwood 3-pedal set up it would be great too
Car will be used for street duties and road racing

I can't give you any advice on a dual MC system or your choice of front calipers. However, I'm running a manual brake system using C6 Z06 brakes front and rear with a 7/8" Wilwood MC and this makes a very simple, well balanced and remarkably effective brake system. I can also taylor my brake performance by changing brake pad material.

I have been searching for info on your set-up

I have the same front Wilwood brakes as you on my 67 Camaro. I am using a 7/8" MC from Wilwood also, but not a three pedal setup. I can't offer anything towards that setup. However, my setup is manual and I'm using Wilwood's D154 rear setup with internal drum parking brake. From my research, it's all the braking I need for street and autoX. Mine is a manual setup, but I haven't driven on this setup as of yet, so I can't offer any firsthand experience.

I am running the Wilwood 6 piston and 4 piston w 14" rotors. Im using the recommended Wilwood 7/8" master with stock pedals. 72 Nova. I have test drove a couple times and the brakes seem to work reliably but it feels like the pedal travels a little far for my liking. Its a very simple system. Hoping to tune it a little more.
