Ok I guess this is after the fact now, that I already bought and installed them but If I need to change them id rather do it before the front sheet metal is bolted up. I installed a set of poly bushings in the subframe and through some archives Ive heard that these are no good just go with the solid mounts. What is the reasoning for this? Should I change or stay? Thanks alot and again whish I found this site sooner. :hammer:

as far as I know the reason to go with the solid subframe mounts is that with subframe connectors the poly bushings allow too much flex eventually leading to fatigued and cracked floor pans.

Yes, if your gonna spend that much money on a new subframe you would be doing your self a disservice if you didn't spend the 150 extra bucks to get solid bushings.

Well the sub frame is not new its the original just sand blasted and painted.
