68 Firebird / Camaro interior paint question

Hey guys, rather than invade some poor soul's camaro/firebird at a car show, can anyone tell me what, if anything I should paint on the interior of the car? The car didn't have any of the interior panels or anything when I got it, its just metal.

Things like

- Dash?
- Roof?
- Floor?
- Doors?
- Steering wheel?
