Looking for a 65 or 66 Mustang Coupe. Fastbacks need not apply, apparently that makes me strange but I prefer the coupe.
Complete car, I already own a basket case, running and driving a plus but not a requirement.
Drivetrain does not matter to me one bit, and I would prefer a 6 cylinder car just in the name of saving money.
What does matter is sheetmetal. Absolutely must be a solid car. I do not have the time for or the interest in rust repair.....at all.
Paint should be presentable as is maybe needing a little touch up but I would go absolutely gaga for faded original paint IF the car is rust free.
For reference, this would be ideal. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1965-Ford-Mustang-Coupe-Automatic-Tranny-with-PS-AC-PowerBrakes-/300967186650?_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&forcev4exp=true
I didn't buy this one as I couldn't get there in time to see it and this guy struck me as really greasy and a quick google confirmed it.
PM me if you think you got something.
Thanks!
