I took some in car video at Indy this past weekend, here's the first one. The driving skills need improvement, I figure that will come with practice. This was the first time with the new sway bars, which just exacerbated the lack of grip in the tires. I also added some air pressure to the tires to keep the sidewalls of the tall tires from rolling over, which didn't help the grip at all, which you can see from the video. I did have fun though.

Run #2. After my little slip up, i thought I might use the clutch in the corners to keep from stalling out, it just slowed me down. The front is sliding through the corners bad, even with the clutch pushed in. Driver skills still need improvement, I need to go a little closer to the corner before I back off the throttle. With the lack of grip in the tires, I'm a little nervous.

Run #3. I felt this one was much better. I wish I could have made a couple of more runs, I think I could have shaved another couple of seconds off my time. This run was 75 sec, not a Camaro beater but pretty good for a big old Ford and an inexperienced driver. BTW, new tires are on the agenda for this winter.
