Ok fellas, I've combed the site looking at what everybody is using for wheel BS and tire sizes. Now I want to run this by you to see if I'm off my rocker

Car is a '69 442
front suspension:
Ridetech arms, spindles and coil overs
Forged Narrow Superlite 6R Big Brake Front Brake Kit 14"

rear suspension/drum brakes are stock (But will end up with Forged Narrow Superlite 4R Big Brake Rear Parking Brake Kit 12.88")

I'm looking at the Weld S71 18 x 9 (4.70" or 5.20"?? BS) front / 18 x 11 (6.20" BS) rear

Tires??? looking for suggestions.....

My suspension and brake package isn't the same as yours, but I do have a 69 Cutlass.

18x9 front and rear, 255/45 and 285/40. Room to spare in the back on the frame side, with perfect offset a 305 would probably fit with stock wheel tubs and the lip rolled.

Hey Nick, thanks. I just found a set of 18 x 8 (4.5 bs) and 18 x 9.5 (5.5 bs) with 235 and 285 tires. They should fit my car nicely for the time being. And I do have a friend that can widen the rears if I need to. Best to get the disc brakes on the rear then see where I'm at.

BTW, these 14" beauties are going to be hiding behind them

Awesome brake set up! I'm running C5/C6 brakes with a kit from KORE3.

Funny in my excitement to mock up the brakes I put the caliper bracket on the front of the rotor instead of the back. lol
It is correct now
