Designing new look for my 2010 Camaro nosed el camino.Just picked up a Cadillac XLR rear bumper & started loosely fitting to rear of my el camino.

I'll probably remove several inches from height. Plastic welding sucks.

This is the car the bumper came off of.

The CTS-V was my first thought of inspiration. Was going to completely fabricate from steel, since the cts bumper is way too tall & narrow to be worth fitting.

My other inspiration is the c-7 vette. I want 4 similar tailpipes. May also reshape my tall aluminum bedcover one day & install the c-7 taillights in it.

This is what I currently have ,A custom bumper, but I hate it. May also ditch the tailgate with round vette lites & make one with the license plate area similar to the cts-v.
