Motor and trans are getting ready to go back into the car... While it was out I pushed the clutch pedal about 1/4 way down with the hydraulic throwout bearing already extended. I saw fluid seep out of the top but none leaks out now. Is this thing wasted? Id really hate to put this all back together (again!) and have this bearing leak on me. But Id also hate to drop another $100 on another new t/o bearing.
Its a GMPP LS T56 bearing with less than 1000 miles on it.
