Ive got a 67' GTO. I'm looking for body bushings for this fall or next spring when i swap frames. From my understanding Chevelle dosen't interchange with GTO on the body bushings. Does anyone make a good poly bushing kit for GTO's? According to the suspension.com guy that Marc @ SC&C pointed me tward, the only energy suspension poly kit available was designed 25 years ago, it dosent fit well, its for a Chevelle and it dosen't have hardware. Thats no good. I dont want solid bushings because this is a 90% street car that will be auto x and drag raced maybe 2-5 times a year being realistic.
Has anyone used the goodmark rubber set? Would a couple auto x thrashings a year destroy them in short order? Ive been told rubber chassis parts these days are junk, should be avoided and will quickly rot. I wasnt sure if these body mounts are the same?
