Looking for press-in wheel studs in M12x1.5 with a threaded length of 3.5" with an additional "bullet nose" on the stud. Knurl is right at 12.5mm major diameter, 0.495

Search Summit Racing. You can search by length, thread and knurl. Good luck

Arp?
Only up to 3.25" and lacking the "starter" bullet nose in the req'd dimensions.
That said, I've written them to see if they have anything that is a non-catalog part.

That a really long stud...3.5" [89mm] plus a bulleted nose means essentially a 4" [100mm] fastener. I can't think of any M12's near that length other than the 3.25" [82.5mm] ARP #100-7713 already mentioned.
If you can go M14, then Sway-A-Way has some pretty decent options for the Porsche/VW rear transaxles that we've used in the past. I'd have to check back in my notes, but I'm pretty sure their knurl diameter was sized for a .563" hole IIRC. Their M14x1.5 x 100mm stud is their part number SAW-8045, full threaded, but you could machine your own bulleted nose. That's the only stud that jumps to mind in that length range that is a conventional stud design.

I have there screw in studs with the bullet nose. I thought the threaded length was 3" and the total lenght was 3.5".

It's a vette rear upright and a nutty wheel/spacer combo on a GTM-R that is necessitating the length. Vette upright, hence the need for press-in studs.

I'm pretty sure the 3.5" studs you must be referring to are the 1/2-20 screw-in studs, ARP #100-7704, since they don't make any fully threaded M12x1.5 screw-in studs, at least none that I know of.

Understood, I think ARP can make anythin gyou want but would be expensive. There may be a cheaper alternative. Take an example of a press in stud to a machine shop and see if they can give a cost estimate. You could have the hubs drilled and tapped....
What about those bolt on spacers?

Dayum True...let that cat out of the bag! We want to see what you're working on.
FWIW, I had ARP quote some wheels studs a few years ago that were basically just a shorter version of their 1/2-20 screw-in piece with a lower profile head and it was crazy expensive, even at quantities of (1000) or more. There are other custom fastener manufacturers, however big quantities are typically your friend for that type of manufacturing.
