Where can I get these wire harness brackets....

Probably have to hit a junk yard. OR, stop at your local dealership and get a part number (take the picture). Once you get a part number you can either order it there or check GM Parts Direct.
I have made a few similar to that with a simple strap cut to length and an Adel Clamp bolted to it. Probably will do that for the van harness.

Kool! You want to put together an order? I see they have a 25 dollar minimum. I could use 10 of them, if we get a few guys to order we can hit the minimum AND get a price break...

Sure, I was going to order 10 of each size, that took me to $15. I am going to order some wire & connector for a T56 reverse lockout (if I can figure out the wire color). Which will prob get me at/close to the $25 order, but I can add to the order if anyone else wants some & doesn't want to pay the extra "processing charge" to get to $25. Let me know.

Mark I thought you lived in Southern Indiana, like around Vevay, Cross Plains or something.

I just bumped my order up to 126 bucks! 2 & 4 pin Weather Pack Connectors, pins for 20ga & 12ga wire, a bunch of stuff! I'll use the weather packs with the big wire for all of my fan and fuel pump connectors. Ordering the minimum quantities pushes the cost up there but I haven't found individual prices any better elsewhere and I will use the stuff for other projects.

LOL Holy cow. I ordered some metripak 150 series terminals a few weeks ago from them & had to up the qty to get my $25 min order, I found them other places, but price each was around 3X as much. So I just ordered more & will have them when I need them, if I can remember what they are for. LOL
