Do the GM crate motor controllers such as the LS376-/480 19201327 Controller Kit 19258267 (http://www.crateenginedepot.com/LS376-480-19201327-Controller-Kit-19258267-P10727.aspx) have a CAN bus output or RS232?

They have an obd2 connector and another connector for the body/interior functions like tach, speed, CEL, etc.
not sure what the other connector is called.

They have a "GMLAN High Speed (-)" and a "GMLAN Low Speed (+)." Not sure if that answers your question.... Check out the doc here (http://www.chevroletperformance.com/_res/pdf/installation_guides/ls_engines/LS_Engine_Control_System.pdf)

"GMLAN Communication Link (TAN/BLACK STRIPE [+], TAN [-]) – This provides the GMLAN communication messages containing engine operating parameters for potential use in future add on modules – any current integration of this is left to the user. Can be used with a LAN dash or an electronic dash readout display."

So would it be possible to connect it to a logger/display such as this: https://www.pegasusautoracing.com/productdetails.asp?RecID=5097

I have a CAN bus wifi adapter and it sends the CAN bus info to my Android phone that runs the Torque application. I see no reason why the Pegasus display can't do the same thing.
