So I am working on the item I was most nervous about... the quarter panels... I have WORKED and WORKED and got the drivers side gap pretty good (at least from where I started)...

Where I started on Drivers side: (BEFORE)
81116

After 20 hours of on-off-on-off... and a lot of moving things around, I ended up with: (AFTER)
81118

With the drivers side door gap looking WAY better than when I started, I turned my attention to the passenger side.

I know this aftermarket door has PLENTY of issues of its own, and is contributing to some of the fitment issue, but it seems the quarter is also to blame.

It looks like the edge of the quarter panel in the door jamb area is a bit rounded in a few areas. (ON PASSENGER SIDE) Like the stamping didn't produce a sharp corner.

Here is the Drivers side... seems OK. (take note of the edge where it wraps around to form the door jamb.)

Now look at the Passenger side...

There are a few areas that seem round off... I pointed to such an area with a red arrow in this picture:

What is the best way to fix this?

Hammer / Dolly?

Or I though I heard of people welding on this edge and re-forming it with a metal file?
