Hi all!!! My first post here ever!
As the title says, thats what Im working on and looking for opinions. Thus far, this is what Ive done. This is also my first project on a mill. I cut off the the original s10 caliper mounts, then machined a surface for a 4140 bar to bolt across the knuckle. The bar is attached to the knuckle with a 7/16 bolt on one side, and by one of the 2 caliper bolts, passing through the bar and knuckle, on the other. Since the caliper bracket is bolting to the knuckle on on side, I will need a .070 washer, or spacer between the bracket and mount.(on both caliper bracket bolts) Heres a few pics. Tell me what you guys think! Im building this as a daily driver, not autocross etc...

I read that the 98 up s10 knuckles are different, and that there are adapter brackets available to do what I want. But Im sure you already know, Im on a very thin shoe string budget!!!!

With the everything bolted up, my caliper bracket is off center by 0.070, which is why in need to shim the caliper bracket to center over the rotor.

Please dont hold back on what y'all see.

Thanks,
Brandon
