My son has a 1999 Mustang, He has not been able to start or even crank the Eng. I did what I normally do to trouble shoot a problem. I truly think it's the Anti-theft system.
I've never dealt with such a screwed up vehicle. Has anyone ever had this problem?

Does the car power up (fuel pump run for a couple seconds, dash lights...) at key-on?
Fuse.
Battery.
Starter relay.
Ignition switch.
Digital transmission range (TR) sensor.
Starter solenoid.
Clutch pedal position (CPP) switch.
Circuit.
