It's been a while since I've done a rear end. Ordered parts over a year ago to freshen up my 69 Camaro rear, but was never able to get to it. Finally pulled the rear and tore it down and cleaned it up. Got everything ready and noticed I was sent 8.2 rebuild kit. I have an 8.5 and noticed the new pinion is way too small. Can I just order new gear set for an 8.5? I was thinking the bolt holes were different on the locker. Are any of the seals different? The kit was an Eaton Posi Locker with a 3.73 gear set. Thanks for the help
