LT1/4 Lokar throttle Cable fit

Any one use the Lokar Throttle Cable (TC-1000TP)for there LT1/4 swap. Mine arrived late last week and tried to install this weekend. Seems like the throttle body end of the cable is to wide. Cable runs through he throttle body lever fine, but where the two attach the cable end is to big. It won't fit into the groove. Curious if anyone else ran into this and what they did.
