I know this might be a stretch but I have a new pair on bfg kdw2 275/35 front tires and would like to flare my front fenders for a 11in wheel but dont want to buy new tires yet. Tire Rack says that the kdw 275 can be put on a rim from 9-11 inches wide. Im okay with it maybe looking a little small until I go to a 315 tire but does anyone have any pics or input on this?

I would like to flare the fenders before I re-spray the car but dont want to look like those crazy import guys with the funny looking tires

You have a new set of 275's? And didn't put them on the nova?

I would do a 305 or a 315 on a 11" wheel.

Yeah I used the old tires that the 275's replaced. I want to get a set of the new rivals but don't want to spend all that money until I need rears also.

A 275 tire will fit on an 11" wheel with a slight stretch. a 275 tire is 10.8" wide and will come right in at even with the 11" wheel. Similar to having a 255 tire on a 9.5" wheel in terms of looks...

I have a set if 255 tires in a 9.5 wheel and its not bad. Not the best but not bad. I wish I could find a pic on a KDW 275 on a 11in wheel as these tire run wide

The sidewall of a 285 on a 10" wheel is basically vertical, so a 275 on an 11" wide wheel should have about 5/8" of stretch per side give or take. Not ideal, but if it works, it works.

Here is a 275/40X18 on an 11" wide Budnik Billet. Hope it helps.

Thanks for the pic. That really helps. Looks like my 255 tire on a 9.5 wheel. Im trying to get some 295 tires and if I cant I will just run the 275 until I need new tires

Good picture of the 275 tire on the 11" wheel...

Keep in mind that in a case like this, sidewall stability is improved a lot, in fact it may feel more stable than a 295 or even a 315 on the same width wheel. Talking seat of the pants stability, not actually cornering power, FYI.
