I was able to get a group buy discount on all Boyd rims at Sportruck.com. I am unable to participate at this time(unexpected home expense) which sucks, however I wanted all you guys to reap the benefits.....I hope it helps Below is the email I recieved from Jeff at Sportruck

We can give a 10% discount off the discounted prices on our web site on
all Boyd Coddington billet wheels, and 15% off on all Cast Series
wheels. The only exception to this would be that the discount does not
apply to in stock specials, extra brake caliper clearancing, or custom
finishes. We need to get confirmed orders on 10 sets for this discount
to apply. A confirmed order means that the customer has placed an order
online or called in an order and mentioned that they are a member of
pro-touring.com. We'll hold the orders until we reach the goal of 10
sets. We can offer this discount starting today and ending September
17th.

Ryan,

The discount applies to all Boyd Coddington wheels, including their new Forged Series. "BC Forged" wheels are not made by Boyd Coddington.

Jake,

For sizes, the Bitchin' Series and Signature Series come in a 17x11 size. If you want a 17x12 that can be done but will run $350 additional per wheel for the custom wide hoop, and we can get that done to any of their wheels. Sorry we can not provide a discount on custom size work since we do not mark that up.

Let me know if you have any other questions,
Jeff

Jake,

You would add $350 per wheel to the nearest size available, either a 17x10 or 17x11 depending on the wheel series.

B*tchin' Series 17x11 $310 per wheel, less 10% discount = $279 + $350 = $629.
Signature Series 17x11 $350 per wheel, less 10% discount = $315 + $350 = $665
Gotcha Series 17x10 $355 per wheel, less 10% discount = $319.50 + $350 = $669.50

Of course I see this just a few weeks after receiving my wheels. :) I'll post a link to this thread on a couple of Buick boards also.

I bought Boyd's Tuned rims in 17x11 and 9.5 through Sportruck.com, and had them powdercoat the centers charcoal grey. I was very happy with the price and how the wheels turned out. Picture here (http://www.secondhandsix.com/ttype/index.htm).

Just got off the phone with Jeff. Great guy.

Was looking at Boyd Magneto's. Jeff pointed me to Intro Rodders. Similiar wheel, same price and 4-6 week quicker on delivery!

Intro has some sweet looking wheels. If you have not seen 'em, check them out. ShopSportTruck carries them.

Hey, I called a couple months ago and Greg at Boyds got me a set of Smoothies for my 69 Camaro for about 1050.00. My sizes were 17X8's ont he front and 17X9.5 on the rear. I thought that was pretty cheap as it is.
