Is anyone using ProEFI on their build? I am using the same controller as the Pro 128 ECU system, but do not have the software loaded.

I was just wondering if anyone had any software or technical tips before I launch into writing my own code.

Thanks!

I am not a direct user of ProEFI, but my buddy has one on his 2JZ swapped IS300 and I got to see the tune get done. The box has support for 12 injectors if I remember correctly that you can split into banks. The thing that really impressed me was he had the line blow off his fuel pressure regulator while it was being tuned and it just went BANG and the engine shut off. The ProEFI had a safety feature built into it where it'd cut if the FP dropped. REALLY awesome feature IMO, it probably saved his engine. It's NOT a cheap box by any means, but definitely worth looking into if you're looking for a nice system.

Thanks. I have the box, but not the software. I work for Woodward, who now owns Mototron that makes the controller and sells it to ProEFI.

It is a powerful box for sure.

Thanks again for the feedback.

You must be one heck of a dev to undertake a project like writing firmware for this box. Good luck with it.

Not really, but I know some sharp coders to guide me. My boss started Mototron.:ssst:
