Looking for help in the Monterey area

Well might have bit off more than I can chew. Trying to rebuild a 68 four door tempest to be a pro touring car. Rebuilt the engine by myself but think I might have spun a rod bearing(will know for sure by the end of the night.) So my guess is ill be doing it again. Just wondered if anyone in the area would have in interest in a project like this. Never done it before so a lot of the work seems to be out of my skill level. I am willing to do as much as possible to learn and achieve this goal but would like a mentor type to assist so I don't screw anything else up

So found a friend that does 4x4 trucks that wants to help with the project. Has a shop in Hollister so I think we'll be moving the project over there with any luck. Pumped. We are gonna go over it tonight and try to set up some kind of plan of action. Parts,parts,parts!!!
