You cant get drop spindles anymore for third gen's unless you can find them used. Another alternative is spohn's newly released coil-over setups.
They also have the only tubular a-arms id feel comfortable usings after seeing various other companys having issues.

you can get a 36/24 sway bar combo from a (89+ camaro z28, i believe as well as ws6 trans ams of similar vintage)

www.spohn.net (http://www.spohn.net) is a good one. global west and bmr also carry some parts.

www.thirdgen.org (http://www.thirdgen.org) has a few sponsers who carry alot of parts

theres a few to get you started

look at the ads at the top of the forums at thirdgen.org, hawks, spohn, thunder racing and a few others all carry sway bars and a whole host of other stuff for thirdgens.

If there's any chance at all that he'll be autocrossing that car, have him get in touch with Sam Strano ( www.stranoparts.com ), preferably by phone. Sam has several SCCA Solo II National Championships in 3rd & 4th gen F-bodies, in different classes. I can guarantee that the discussion will eventually turn to shocks.

I saw an entire Spohn suspension on an '85 IROC over the weekend. It was very impressive, great quality stuff! Car had an excellent stance, and the guy says it hooks VERY well.

We have most of those things (except the spindles). Swaybars should be no problem, we carry ST and Hotchkiss for those cars. Control arms we have in piles, we even make some basic ones of our own. Check out our website or give us a call.

Thanks.
