Took my driveshaft out of the Torque Tube (C5 Corvette parts). I was under the impression that it was carbon fiber or some sort of other material, but looks like it's two Aluminum cast end-pieces welded to an aluminum tube. Anyone know of a shop/vendor in SF Bay Area (or otherwise) that can weld in and balance a longer tube to lengthen the driveshaft? Appreciate any leads.
