Not trying to be a ****, but YOU need to invest in your future. If this is really what you want, take a risk. Sell your car, eat Ramon noodles (I know I did to buy engine parts when I was young), take a second job (did that as well), $7500 shouldn't be tough working an extra 8 hours a day, or something of that nature to get the money you need. Having people give you the money doesn't really show commitment and really shows a lack of effort on your part for your future.

I support what Craig said ... but want to add that this online promotion with a start up team & new drivers may not be the best route.
NASCAR is a huge sport, but a small community. If you truly want to work in NASCAR, you need to get the skills teams are looking for ... from a respectable source ... and build your resume with real world experience with race teams.
If you are just looking to be an over the wall guy, the best school is PIT. They actually take their best trained people ... form pit crews ... & lease these pit crews to lower level NASCAR teams. If you go there and impress the people at PIT, by being a top performer & a team player ... you'll get an opportunity. If you make the most of each opportunity, you will get the chance to move up. Their website is here (http://www.visitpit.com/).
If you want to learn how to build & work on stock cars, there is only one place I know of that is well respected & will teach you real world skills ... and that is with Jay Hedgecock.
In Jay's program ... you'll build race cars & go to the track ... and probably be involved in winning races. If you suck up everything Jay can teach you ... work hard & impress Jay ... his recommendation will help you get in the door at lower budget race teams. If you work hard, ignore the clock & do quality work, you'll get opportunities to move up. His website is here (http://www.hedgecockracing.com/).
This is how it really works, not through online contests.
Best wishes.
