67 chevelle with 2012 ls and 6 speed auto swap

First will the 6 speed auto clear the tunnel? Second does anyone know if the gear indicator on the dakota digital vhx cluster will indicate the gear you are in while in tip-tronics? Looking to install a mastershift paddle kit on it and they dont think it will display.

The transmission won't come anywhere close to fitting.

got the motor and trans mocked up. ive tried a few different mounts. Right now its sitting on stock frame pedestals with trans adapt motor mounts pt number 4592. We have some dougs headers pt number d3888. The drivers side header fits great- Passenger side not so much. Surprisingly the trans isnt as massive as I thought. We cut out the entire tunnel for now but I think it could have fit without replacing it entirely. Anyone used the dougs swap headers and had any luck with them fitting the stock frame rail?

I used Edelbrock and they fit without any mods. The only pain was I had to drop the starter to install the pass side.

if you get a dakota digital bim 01 obd2 module it will display alot of the data the ecu transmits. no need to run a bunch of wires and the tranny gear will transmit from the module..
