Has anyone ever put the rear frame rails, floors and tubs back in a pro street car that was back halfed? I know i would have to build a jig to position everything. Anyone know what the suspension setup was on this car?

No reason you can't if you are willing to do the work. Just have your new tires and wheels on hand so you can set up the proper wheel lip to tire clearance.
The car you pictured looks okay but the rear tire to wheel lip gap is a bit expansive. Putting in a wider rear or getting the back spacing right to push the tire a bit farther out would improve the looks of the car immensly, especially in the 3/4 rear shot...
