VIN Decoding??

Hey guys, it's been years but I'm getting back into the swing of things. We are looking at a 1970 Z-28 and I want to decode the VIN to find out exactly what we're getting into. I've looked at a couple sites that came up on google but none gave me the info I was looking for. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for the input guys. Looks like it is a 1970 RS that has Z-28 trim. Pretty straight car, the guy has owned it since 1989 and he put a healthy 396 and a Muncie M-22. Now the negotiating dance begins...
